We receive a large number of enquiries from individuals asking for advice on their eye condition. Unfortunately we are not able to deal with these via email. Eye conditions can be incredibly complex and without your eyes being examined by an expert, it is difficult to provide relevant information.
If you have a question regarding an eye condition or you are worried about your eyes we recommend that you:
- contact either your GP or ophthalmologist
- visit our accident and emergency department, or
- telephone our nurse-led helpline Moorfields Direct, on +44 (0) 20 7566 2345 (9am-4.30pm, Mon-Fri) for more information.
