As a patient, carer or relative, you may need to turn to someone for on-the-spot help, advice or support. This is where the patient advice and liaison service (PALS) comes in. We provide confidential advice and support to help you sort out any concerns you may have about the care we provide, guiding you through the different services available at Moorfields.

We liaise with staff, managers and, where appropriate, relevant external organisations to negotiate prompt solutions. If necessary, we can refer patients and families to local or national based support agencies.

We are here:

  • to help answer your questions about your care in Moorfields,
  • to advise and support you and your family - we understand that being unwell can be an anxious time and you might need someone else to liaise on your behalf,
  • to guide you and your relatives and friends through the different services available at Moorfields, and
  • to listen to your suggestions.

PALS is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and can be contacted on 020 7566 2324 or 020 7566 2325, by email on pals@moorfields.nhs.uk or you can use the form below.
